Its the ASSIST Stockton informal networking for all you incredible business and professional women.

Hosted by Dianne Casey and Erica Turner of Jacksons Law Firm this one is relaxed, no formalities, no business card pushing, just good business conversation.  We naturally share ideas, experience and vision that could lead to potential growth for you or your business.  Women activily share positive solid business contacts,Tees Valley is not a big place!  Assist champion’s the idea Women Support Women #WSW, yes we breath, work, eat, sleep, repeat this!

Why come along…

Our informal morning gatherings are a chance to take time away from your desk, maybe from the isolation of homeworking or the need to collect your thoughts away from a busy bustling office and share them with likeminded women.  You can meet other businesswomen to talk business, get in to a routine and come together for your 2020 networking.  You may be looking for new contracts or need a product or service and looking for some recommendations, we like to encourage the ‘trade local’ ideology.

Why not even use this time to arrange that short first intro meeting with someone, have your ‘getting to know you’ coffee with the added benefit of you both meeting other potential leads.  You could make this your monthly business ‘time out’ attending this and other Assist events, using this space as a soundng board as you build trusting relationships.

What to expect…

We want to hear about you, your business and the products and services you offer.   Are you launching a new service, looking for new customers, got a huge event to promote or want to share with us some new ingredients in your handmade products?  Come tell us about it we genuinely want to know and are keen to help share your news.

You may want to just chat about ‘working on’ your business and just need a second opinion or some objective critical thinking, a conversation outside your office could be the way forward. We may not have all the answers but talking with other business owners could help you find a sutiable solution.  In return all we ask is you give your fellow Assist’ers the same consideration ‘what goes around comes around’.

We are all supporters of ‘Women in Business’ be part of it.

Stay as long or as short as you like, we are simply creating a space for you to informally meet other businesswomen on a regular basis or as a one-off.  We do allow a little time for very quick introductions, therefore if you come later you may miss these, but don’t worry there is plenty of chair swapping to give you the opportunity to have one-to-one chats.

Cost to you…

We don’t charge for this form of networking like other organisations, order your own drinks and perhaps a bite to eat, you just pick up your own tab.  We will be waiting to meet you along with other local vibrant businesswomen that may drop in.

You dont’t even need a business card!  People buy people!

Find out more…

Assist is more than just networking, we collaborate with many organisations, projects and campaigns on a local and national level, we are all volunteers with the same aim to make the Tees Valley a better place for businesswomen and our young females to grow up in.
